This is how we keep it fun and safe for everyone. By booking you agree to these rules.
Site rules
- Report to reception on arrival; you'll receive your pitch and a wristband there.
- Drive at walking pace on the grounds. Cars only on your booked pitch at the tent or on the car park.
- Quiet hours between 01:00 and 07:00 — music off, voices down.
- Open fires are prohibited. Barbecues are allowed at a safe distance from tents, provided you have a fire extinguisher or bucket of water at hand.
- Waste goes in the containers on site.
- Always follow the instructions of the campsite staff and security.
- Damage or nuisance may lead to removal from the site without a refund.
Frequently asked questions
How does the deposit work?
When booking you pay €25 per person online. On arrival we settle your full stay and deduct the deposit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to two weeks before arrival. After that the deposit is non-refundable. Cancel by email using your booking number.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, on arrival you can pay by card, contactless or cash.
When can I arrive?
The campsite is open during the race weekends. You'll see the exact dates when booking.
Is there electricity on the pitch?
You can add electricity (max 6 amps) to your booking for €20 for your entire stay. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee electricity, even with a booking. Of course we do our utmost to provide everyone who booked it with power.
Can we come with a large group?
Absolutely! Enter the number of people when booking and mention in the special requests that you'd like to camp together.
