Who we are
TT Camping Assen (Camping Dijkstra), Witterhaar 12a, 9405 VK Witten, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.
What data we process
When you book we process your name, email address, phone number, dates of stay, travel party and any special requests you provide. This data is needed to carry out your booking (performance of the contract).
Payments
The deposit is processed by Stripe. Your payment details (such as card details) are handled directly by Stripe and never reach our systems. See Stripe's privacy policy for more information.
Retention
We keep booking data for as long as needed for your stay and for the statutory (tax) retention period of 7 years for payment records.
Cookies and analytics
We only use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads via Google Tag Manager) after you have given consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, no marketing cookies are set.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties needed to carry out your booking: our payment provider (Stripe), our email provider and the campsite's reservation system. We never sell data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Contact us via the email address on the contact page.
